    Great fit and breathable

    The fit is good! I can breathe and even cough through the tape. I recommend a little lip balm over lips before appliication.

    Deeper Sleep & Better REM Cycles!

    Since using this mouth tape, I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my sleep quality. I wake up feeling more rested, and my sleep tracker even shows longer REM cycles! Plus, my lips feel soft and hydrated in the morning. Highly recommend!

Removing Nibz Mouth Tape

Nibz Mouth Tape's adhesive stretches from side to side - As a result, pulling across can be painful!! When removing it, ALWAYS PULL DOWNWARDS- this allows the tape to remove with the grain of the adhesive.

Other tips: 1. Use your tongue to push the adhesive off your lips if they are dry.

2. Chapstick before application is a game changer.

3. always be hydrated.

Does Nibz Mouth Tape work with my CPAP machine?

Yes, Nibz Mouth Tape can be used in conjunction with a CPAP machine. Simply apply the tape over your mouth while ensuring that your CPAP mask is properly fitted and secured.

What if I have a stuffy nose?

You can still use the Tape if you have a stuffy nose - As a matter of fact, breathing through your mouth makes a stuffy nose even worse. We do not recommend using Mouth Tape if you have a cold, sinus, or ear infection.

Will it work effectively with beards?

Only if cut to fit on your lips, our tape was designed to sit on your skin, directly. The adhesive is formulated to adhere securely to the skin without pulling or discomfort, ensuring a comfortable fit. A beard blocks the adhesives ability to properly adhere.
